5. Order Processing Orders are sent to production after payment is confirmed. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

6. Shipping Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Crave is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
